Do I need a credit card to make a booking?

Yes – to book a room or one of our hotel packages, you will need a credit card. This provides extra security and allows us to guarantee your reservation.

Can I book more than one hotel package at once?

Unfortunately, our hotel packages can only be used individually, and not with other promotions or discounts. However, we more than welcome you to join us for another stay if there is a different package deal you would like to use at our Sheung Wan hotel.

What is your cancellation policy?

What is the best way to get to the Figo?

If you’ve booked one of our exclusive hotel package deals, there are several ways you can make your way to the Figo in Sheung Wan. If you’re travelling directly from the airport, consider taking the Airport Express and then MTR to Sai Ying Pun.
